We’re looking for you!
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- You’ll provide expert, personalized advice to our customers on travel destinations around the world.
- With your sales talent, you’ll inspire people to embark on extraordinary travel experiences.
- You’ll guide customers through the entire booking process—from the initial consultation to post-trip follow-up.
- Customer service is your top priority, and you’ll ensure a positive travel experience.
- Drawing on your personal travel experience, you’ll share valuable tips and inspiration.
Here’s what you should bring to the table:
- A completed apprenticeship as a tourism business specialist (m/f/d) or initial professional experience in the tourism industry.
- A passion for travel and an interest in distant destinations.
- A passion for sales and a keen sense of what customers want.
- Strong communication skills, openness, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Initiative and a desire to learn new things.
- Good command of German and English.
